How do I return?

• Enter your email address / Phone number and order number in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email once the return request is approved

Are there any charges for return?

• There are no charges for return
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected at the warehouse, your refund will be initiated
• The amount will reflect into your source account used to place the order. This process will take 10-12 working days from the day of product received at our warehouse.

 What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 3 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition
• For clothing, unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging
• Orders for which packaging is damaged, or seal broken should not be         accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be returned.

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
