  • What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?
    We do not store/retain your credit card information. If you suspect any such thing, then please report this immediately to your bank. 
  • Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?
    No, there’s no limit. 
  • Can I cancel an order?
    You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

  • Do you deliver out of India?
    Yes, we ship across the world. Please call on 9810006997 to help you in placing an order. We levy a minimal shipping fee to deliver goods internationally. 
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your shipment is booked form our side you will be receiving a system generated mail with courier details. You can track your order status using the same details on the courier’s website. 
  • What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?
    If a wrong shipment has been delivered to you, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • What is e-Gift Card?
    Any Gift Card which can be delivered through electronic medium is an e-Gift Card. e-Gift Card is redeemable at our website & retail stores. It is one of most convenient and preferred gifting option.
  • How my Gift Card/Gift Voucher will be shipped?
    Our e-Gift cards/Gift Vouchers are send by email.
    E- Gift Card/ e- Voucher will be emailed to your Email ID, so please ensure you provide us a valid email id.
    Worldwide shipping is available for e-Cards only.
    The e- Gift Card/ e-Voucher is usually emailed within 1-3 working days from the time we receive your payment.
    We can ship physical Gift Cards/Gift Vouchers to the recipient on your behalf along with your gift message.

    Physical Gift Voucher will be sent through a courier service to the Shipping address mentioned by you. And delivery time may vary as per location.
  • How to redeem the gift card/gift voucher?
    Gift Card/Gift Voucher can be redeemed online at our website www.mbz.in and all the Meena Bazaar retail stores.
    The holder of this Card is deemed to be the beneficiary. The Gift Card will be valid for 6 months from the date of its activation.
    This Gift Card needs to be presented to the cashier at the store before the final billing of your purchase(s).
    This Card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.
    This Card cannot be re-validated once expired.
    More than one Gift Voucher or Gift Card can be used in one bill.
    This is a one time use Gift Voucher / Gift Card.
    No Credit note or Refund for the unused amount of the Gift Voucher / Gift Card will be given.
    Meena Bazaar GV or GC can be used during sale.
    Meena Bazaar GV or GC cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates.
    Meena Bazaar may add or delete any date on its sole discretion.
    No returns and no refunds on purchase made through gift cards, E- gift cards and gift vouchers.
    Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card/EGV/GV.
    Any dispute should be referred to the company and the decision of the company shall be final.
    Meena Bazaar makes full efforts to accept Insta Gift Voucher (GV) or Gift Card (GC), but on account of any technical / administrative reasons an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
