RETURNS/EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION

At Meena Bazaar, we take great care in inspecting and packing the product. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we'll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.


Mandatory to raise the request within 3 days after receiving the product.

Guidelines for a Valid Return:

  • Unboxing Opening Video is mandatory for Return.
  • Return will only be considered if you receive a wrong product/size or defected.
  • The products must have tags intact/attached and in their original packaging.
  • The products must be unused, unwashed, and unspoiled for an easy return.
  • It is mandatory to raise the request within 3 days after receiving the product.
  • We will inspect the product on our end after receiving the returned item.
  • We will send the same received product back to you if it fails the quality inspection.
  • Your refund will reflect in your account after 7 - 10 working days after passing the quality inspection.

  • Unboxing Opening Video is mandatory for Exchange.
  • In the lack of video evidence of the product unboxing, we might not be able to consider your request.
  • Exchange will only be considered if you receive a wrong product/size or defected.
  • The products must have tags intact/attached and in their original packaging.
  • The products must be unused, unwashed, and unspoiled for an easy return.
  • It is mandatory to raise the request within 3 days after receiving the product.
  • We will inspect the product on our end after receiving the item.
  • We will process the exchange based on the availability of the product and once it passes the quality check.
  • In case the exchange is not possible, the credit note will be mailed to your registered email address within 7 - 10 working days.

Please Note:

  • In case of defective packaging or missing products, kindly inform the Customer Care Support within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Products with cost above Rs. 10,000 will not be valid for return, only exchange. Credit Note will be mailed to you in 7 - 10 working days.
  • The credit note can be redeemed online or at our official stores and it will be valid for 6 Months only.
  • Kindly be patient if you haven’t received the complete order because sometimes the products are processed from different locations, and it can be divided into parts.
  • No Return Policy for Bargain Sale / Diwali Sale Products
  • Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.
  • No return/exchange will be done for customized and stitched products.
  • Masks are non returnable and no exchange or refund will be issued for the same.

E-Gift Vouchers/Gift and Coupon Codes:

  • Coupon codes/ Gift coupons cannot be merged with any other ongoing offers.
  • Coupon Codes/ Gift Coupons are to be used for online purchases ONLY.
  • Meena Bazaar E- Gift Voucher, once issued cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred.
  • The Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. In case you are unable to use it within 1 year, you can contact customer care to extend the validity of the Gift Card.
  • The Meena Bazaar gift card can be used only once for Online purchases only.
  • The card can be redeemed on mbz.in. The code on the card would be required to be fed in at Checkout
  • Stolen or lost Mbz gift cards will neither be replaced nor will the balance amount be refunded.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of order is allowed “within 24 hours of placing the order, or till the status of the order is ‘Processing’ (i.e. before shipment is confirmed), whichever is earlier.”
