At Meena Bazaar, we take great care in inspecting and packing the product. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we'll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.

Jewellery & Accessories Return Policy:

Products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Made to Order Category Products Policy:

Exchange and returns are not applicable in custom made products.

Other Category Products Policy:

Products can only be returned and exchanged within 3 and 7 days from the date of delivery respectively. Returns are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered)/style/color.

E-Gift Vouchers/Gift and Coupon Codes

• Coupon codes/ Gift coupons cannot be merged with any other ongoing offers.
• Coupon Codes/ Gift Coupons to be used for online purchase ONLY. 
• Meena Bazaar E- Gift Voucher, once issued cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred.
• The Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. In case you are unable to use it within 1 year, you can contact customer care to extend the validity of the Gift Card.
• The Meena Bazaar gift card can be used only once for Online purchase ONLY.
• The card can be redeemed on mbz.in. The code on the card would be required to be fed in at Check out
• Stolen or lost Mbz gift cards will neither be replaced nor will the balance amount be refunded.

Return Policy:

Products can only be returned and exchanged within 3 and 7 days from the date of delivery respectively. Returns are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered)/style/color.

In all other cases, replacement/exchange or Credit Note (6 months validity – Redeemable online and at the stores) is available. NO REFUNDS will be made.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of order is allowed “within 24 hours of placing the order, or till the status of the order is ‘Processing’ (i.e. before shipment is confirmed), whichever is earlier.”

Return Intimation:

You can book your return by clicking HERE within 3 days from the date of delivery. 

 
Guidelines for a valid return:

• Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition.
• Tags should be retained and returned.
• The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
• NO RETURN  on SALE PRODUCTS (FLAT 50% OFF) 
• Original Tax Invoice to be included with the return.
• Return and exchange postage costs will be at your expense. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Meena Bazaar.

• Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.
• No return/exchange will be done for customized and stitched products.
• Masks are non returnable and no exchange or refund will issued for the same.
• Orders for which packaging is damaged, or seal broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be returned.

Meena Bazaar reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the above return requirements are not complied with.
